Return & Exchange policy
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
1. If wrong item was dispatched compared to what was ordered.
2. The product has a defect (note that the names are hand printed they might not be 100% perfect)
3. There is an incorrect charm or a spelling mistake.
4. The item was damaged upon receipt by the customer.
5. We are unable to replace the same item.
To be eligible for a return, you must make a video of you unboxing the product when you first receive it. The video will act as proof that there was no tampering done with the product from the customers' side.
Warning: Fake unboxing videos will be dismissed as false information and your return request wont be entertained.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and review the returned product, we will ship a replacement item. If we are out of stock, a refund will be issued. We will make every effort to keep the customer informed about the status of the refund, return, or exchange.
The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging, including any additional items such as name tags, charms, coupons, invoices, etc. Any complaints should be raised within 3 days of receiving the product or within 3 days after we request additional details such as images or order numbers.
